Printer Repairs and Servicing

The following pricing is based on a basic service, which consists of a blow-out, clean and calibration.
Spare parts required for a repair is quoted extra.
Workshop Repairs: R500.00 (excl. VAT) per hour or part thereof
Onsite printer repair, at your premises: R500.00 (excl. VAT) 1st 2 hours or part thereof For every hour thereafter, or part thereof: R250.00 (excl. VAT)
The above-mentioned rates apply to most Laserjet printers, but exclude MFP's, Copiers and Plotters.

We offer FREE collection and delivery within a 50km radius of our office in Tygervalley
Beyond the 50km radius, a fee of R10 incl. VAT per km will apply.

LCD Monitor Repairs

These are done in our workshop only. LCD / LED screen repairs require board-level attention, which requires precision tools, is best done in a controlled environment. Monitor Workshop Repairs:
Up to 21 inch LCD/LED screen size: R500.00 excl. VAT (anything larger will be extra)

PC's and Notebook Repairs / Upgrades

Rates for the repairs of PC's and Notebooks vary on the nature of the fault.
Basic upgrades carried out to the client’s specifications, are charged at our flat rate / hour, or part thereof.
For an accurate quote on the repair of PC’s or laptops, the best solution would be for you to bring it in to the workshop for thorough diagnosis.
